EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Python Software Engineering Manager to build an AI-powered financial assistant platform. You will lead a small senior team and work with technical stakeholders to ship chat, reporting, and bespoke interfaces into investment workflows.

You will drive architecture decisions, promote high standards of quality and security, and adopt new languages and technologies as the stack evolves. Strong autonomy and a passion for learning are essential.

Formación

• 8+ years of hands-on software development experience, including Python and web technologies.
• Experience with FastAPI or similar Python frameworks and cloud/native deployments.
• Strong autonomy to take loosely defined tasks through design and delivery.
• Proficiency with React (TypeScript) and modern frontend toolchains.

We are looking for a Python Software Engineering Manager to build an AI-powered financial assistant platform.
