Job summary

Profound Research is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its patient engagement and recruitment function across its national site network. You will shape strategy, structure, and operations to connect the right patients with trials while preserving a patient‑centered experience.

You will lead embedded and centralized teams, drive enrollment performance, and partner with Clinical Operations, Commercial, and Study Startup to ensure compliant, efficient recruitment across diverse therapeutic

Qualifications

• Meaningful experience in clinical research and patient recruitment
• Strong leadership across multi-site teams
• Ability to use data to drive recruitment strategies and identify risks

Responsibilities

• Own patient recruitment strategy across sites and studies
• Lead evolution of recruitment operating model to improve enrollment
• Build scalable patient identification, outreach, engagement, and retention processes
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting for recruitment performance
• Partner across Clinical Operations, Commercial, Study Startup, Quality, IT, and Finance to align recruitment plans
• Oversee recruitment performance across the patient funnel, including leads, scheduling, screening, enrollment, and retention
• Lead team development and build the function for rapid growth
• Ensure compliant recruitment practices and patient privacy in all activities
