• Bachelor’s degree in OHS-related fields or equivalent.
• 10+ years leading health and safety in high-risk operations, preferably mining.
• Experience in strategic development, KPI management and risk management.
• Experience coordinating with regulatory authorities and strategic stakeholders.
• Willingness to work in various municipalities of Antioquia.
