The Nuclear Company is seeking a Director of Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) to own the enterprise HSE strategy and provide executive leadership across HSE disciplines for The Nuclear Company and TNC Services.

This role oversees a world-class HSE management system, ensures regulatory and customer requirements are met, and partners with senior leadership to embed safety into every decision and operation, leveraging AI and NOS tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related safety or engineering field is required.
• 10+ years in progressive HSE roles with leadership responsibility.
• Experience building enterprise HSE management systems across multiple sites.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, environmental compliance, and incident investigation.

Responsabilidades

• Set enterprise HSE strategy, standards, and KPIs for the organization.
• Govern scalable HSE programs including hazard analysis and stop-work authority.
• Oversee regulatory compliance, audits, and reporting across sites.
• Lead incident investigations, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Embed safety into project planning and operations with AI/NOS tools.
