Job summary

Wellbore Integrity Solutions seeks a senior QHSE professional to lead the development and execution of the QHSE program across sites. The role focuses on reducing injuries, environmental incidents, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will mentor teams, monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and drive continuous improvements through data-driven plans. This position demands strong leadership and collaboration with contractors in the oil and gas sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of HSE experience in the Oil and Gas Industry or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of QHSE systems and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop managers’ QHSE awareness and ensure QHSE is integral to management responsibilities and objectives.
• Develop and maintain a competent and motivated QHSE organization within the assigned area.
• Monitor and communicate QHSE objectives, performance, and results.
• Provide accurate QHSE data, trend analyses, and associated metrics, with actionable improvement plans.
• Assess sites and develop strategies to reduce injuries, environmental incidents, and other safety issues.
• Lead and/or support management in Service Quality and HSE incident investigations.
• Plan, conduct, and support compliance audits, self-audits, and inspections.
• Identify training requirements and implement programs to ensure personnel receive required training.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE-related legal and regulatory requirements.
