Atlas HXM is seeking a Risk & Compliance Manager in Colombia to lead the global occupational health & safety program. You will work with the Director of Risk & Compliance to design and implement an enterprise-wide H&S strategy across 160+ countries, tailoring it to varied industries and risks.

Your role includes policy localization, training, and incident management across multiple departments. You will collaborate with HR, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Data Privacy to ensure worldwide

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, environmental health & safety, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in occupational health & safety across multiple industries or multi-site/multi-country environments.
• Working knowledge of international OHS standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO 45001) and hazard/risk assessment methodologies.
• Ability to adapt safety practices across diverse industries and work settings.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail in maintaining thorough policies, plans, and procedures.
• Leadership presence and capability to direct teams under pressure in H&S incidents.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor, interpret, and implement OHS legislation and standards across jurisdictions.
• Identify workplace hazards and coordinate risk mitigation across varied environments.
• Partner with Sales to assess H&S risk when expanding into new industries.
• Lead research on country-specific OHS rules and reporting requirements.
• Manage H&S incident management module rollout and root-cause analysis.
• Design and deliver OHS training programs for employees and client-facing teams.
• Ensure local anti-harassment and psychosocial risk policies are included.
• Develop and maintain OHS policies aligned with ISO 45001.
