Sezzle is seeking a Chargeback Operations Analyst to join a fast-paced fintech environment. You will analyze and respond to card and ACH disputes, collaborate with fraud and disputes teams, and enforce robust loss-prevention processes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making and timely resolution. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year in chargebacks or fraud, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in related field.
• Experience with processing chargebacks or fraud incidents preferred.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate disputed card, ACH, and debit transactions and resolve disputes within SLAs.
• Collaborate with fraud and disputes teams to determine next steps per case.
• Analyze individual transactions for patterns using internal policies.
• Understand systems and tools; investigate account patterns through data analysis.
• Work with analysts, data scientists, and engineering to improve loss prevention processes.
• Maintain knowledge of fraud prevention techniques and technologies.
• Handle escalations professionally with stakeholders.
