Paymentology is seeking a Card Authority & Disputes Administrator to investigate and process chargeback claims for clients around the world. You will validate information, analyse data, and ensure responses meet card scheme requirements.

The role is fully remote, supporting customers across EMEA, LAC, and Asia, and reports to the Chargeback & Disputes Team Lead. Join our Operations/Implementations/Disputes function and help uphold regulatory standards while delivering expert guidance through

• Strong understanding of chargeback regulations and card scheme rules.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Ability to analyse complex transaction data and documentation.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to customer satisfaction and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and process chargeback claims across global networks.
• Validate and analyse data from internal and third-party systems.
• Draft, submit and manage responses within timeframes and regulatory standards.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and clients during disputes.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of card scheme regulations and industry standards.
