The Specialist, Channel Sales & Partnerships Enablement will support Mastercard's channel sales and partnerships operating model through execution, governance, and process optimization across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations.

The role will help with partner program administration, sales enablement, deal support, onboarding, reporting, and analytics to drive growth and scalable go-to-market strategies

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar platforms is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the delivery of strategic channel sales and partnership initiatives by collaborating with stakeholders across Product, Technology, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Sales, and Operations to execute business priorities, operational improvements, commercial programs, and scalable partnership solutions
• Execute partner program activities, including program administration, governance processes, operational controls, partner engagement, reporting, and initiatives that enhance program effectiveness and scalability
• Contribute to the development and implementation of business initiatives, commercial strategies, pricing approaches, process improvements, and operational enhancements that support channel growth and partnership expansion
• Support deal execution, sales enablement, and partner lifecycle activities by coordinating operational processes, approvals, onboarding, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
• Gather and analyze business requirements, develop reporting and insights, maintain documentation, and support the implementation of system enhancements, process improvements, and business transformation initiatives
