Turia GBS is seeking a CAPEX Buyer to manage purchasing for capital equipment, services, and projects, ensuring competitive conditions and adherence to cost, quality, timing, and supplier performance standards.

The role requires 2+ years in procurement, strong negotiation skills, and experience with SAP MM, with Advanced English (C1). Hybrid work is offered, along with growth opportunities and a supportive benefits program.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, International Business, or Business Administration.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or similar roles.
• Experience in negotiation, supplier management, market research, commercial analysis, and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP MM / Procurement module.
• Advanced English – C1.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate terms with suppliers to secure competitive conditions for equipment, materials, and services.
• Manage quotations and commercial proposals for CAPEX requirements with analysis of alternatives.
• Convert PRs to POs and ensure information is accurate and complete.
• Monitor open POs, delivery timelines, commitments, and supplier performance; address deviations.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure proper Goods Receipts management to support timely invoice processing.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Prepare procurement KPIs, reports, and documentation; ensure compliance with purchasing policies.
• Support SAP-related incidents and requirements in coordination with teams and consultants.

We are looking for a CAPEX Buyer to manage the purchasing process for equipment, services, and projects related to capital investments. This role will be responsible for ensuring competitive commercial conditions while meeting the company's standards for cost, quality, timing, and supplier performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate commercial terms with suppliers to secure competitive conditions for equipment, materials, and services.
• Manage quotations and commercial proposals for CAPEX requirements, ensuring proper analysis and comparison of alternatives.
• Convert purchase requisitions (PRs) into purchase orders (POs) and ensure accurate and complete information.
• Monitor open purchase orders, delivery timelines, commitments, and supplier performance, addressing deviations when required.
• Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies by coordinating with suppliers and internal teams.
• Ensure proper management of Goods Receipts (GR) to support accurate and timely invoice processing.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, evaluating performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Prepare procurement KPIs, reports, and documentation while ensuring compliance with purchasing policies and procedures.
• Support SAP-related incidents, requirements, and procurement processes in coordination with internal teams and external consultants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or similar roles.
• Experience in negotiation, supplier management, market research, commercial analysis, and data analysis.
• Experience with SAP MM / Procurement module.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Advanced English – C1.
