GEA Germany GmbH is seeking a hands-on Business Performance Specialist to strengthen data, automation and reporting capabilities of the Planning, Controlling & Reporting team across Middle Americas. The role focuses on simplifying and automating financial processes, improving data quality and developing intuitive dashboards and management reports to support better business decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Finance, Economics or a related field.
• At least two years of hands-on experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting automation or process improvement.
• Strong Power BI capabilities, including Power Query, data modeling and DAX.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to analyze processes and independently build practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication, visual-design and data-storytelling skills.
• Minimum English level B2.
• Knowledge of FP&A, SAP, SQL, Power Automate, Python or VBA is considered a plus

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize and automate financial reporting, planning and controlling processes.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models and automated reporting solutions.
• Transform and consolidate data from SAP, Excel and other sources using Power Query.
• Implement data-quality controls, validations, reconciliations and standardized KPI definitions.
• Create clear, visually polished reports and executive presentations with strong data storytelling.
• Translate Finance and business requirements into practical analytics solutions.
• Document solutions and train the Finance team to ensure knowledge transfer and sustainability.
• Support monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and business-performance analysis.
