Job summary

EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a Business Operations Manager to partner with leadership, Client Partners, Finance, and cross-functional teams to drive business performance, financial visibility, and operational excellence.

You will analyze P&L, support forecasting, and optimize costs while standardizing workflows with BI, automation, and AI. You will lead engagements for teams of 5+ FTE, manage commercial activities, and ensure accurate reporting to executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years in Senior/Lead/Manager/Owner-level roles.
• Experience in Business Operations, Financial Operations, FP&A, or similar.
• Strong understanding of P&L, forecasting, financial modeling, and cost optimization.
• Advanced Excel skills, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Experience using CRM systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, or equivalent.
• Professional proficiency in English (B2).

Responsibilities

• Analyze P&L performance, support forecasting and resource planning, evaluate pricing scenarios, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
• Manage business reviews, monitor KPIs, revenue commitments, and forecasts, and deliver accurate reporting with actionable insights to leadership.
• Partner with Client Partners and cross-functional teams on commercial activities, contract renewals, operational risks, and shifting business priorities.
• Standardize workflows and improve reporting accuracy by leveraging automation, BI tools, and AI to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Establish operating cadences, prioritize competing requests, track commitments, anticipate risks, and drive issues through to resolution with appropriate stakeholder engagement.
