You bring 5+ years of experience, 2+ in senior roles, and a proven track record leading teams of 5+. Knowledge of HIPAA/GDPR, data governance, API integrations, and AWS is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• At least 2 years in Senior, Lead, Manager, or Owner-level roles.
• Proven track record managing engagements for teams of 5 or more full-time employees.
• Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into clear business and technical requirements.
• Healthcare background and understanding of healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Engineering Lead and Product Manager to define feature requirements, including third‑party service integrations.
• Maintain a healthy, well‑groomed product backlog and write clear user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Communicate consistently with the Product Manager, stakeholders, and development teams.
• Create high‑quality technical project and product documentation.
• Define and manage functional and non‑functional requirements throughout the lifecycle.
