Job summary

Dialectica, Origin: the expert-first deal screening platform, seeks a talented researcher to join our growing business unit. You will conduct live interviews with senior executives, extract insights, and help scale the product as we build from the ground up in a fast-paced environment.

You will own content quality, work with AI tools, support product demonstrations, and mentor junior teammates as you grow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; majors in Strategy, Intl. Business or Finance are a plus.
• Experience in researching, analyzing, and summarizing complex content.

Responsibilities

About the Role

You will join Origin, Dialectica’s expert-first deal screening platform designed for Private Equity, Banking, and Corporate Strategy teams.

As part of a growing business unit with an ambitious mandate, you will get hands-on startup experience within an established global brand. You will play a key role in building this unit from the ground up, taking ownership beyond your daily tasks to help scale the product.

Responsibilities

• Drive Expert Interviews (Core Focus): Lead live, 1-on-1 conversations with senior industry executives to extract unique sector insights, company knowledge, and market dynamics across the value chain.
• Content Quality & Ownership: Own the content production process end-to-end, taking full accountability for the accuracy and high quality bar of every published insight, including reviewing AI-assisted outputs.
• Process Automation & AI Integration: Help automate and scale the content-to-client pipeline by integrating AI productivity tools and workflows into daily operations.
• Product & Team Support: Assist in preparing product demonstrations for internal collaborations and business development activities.
• Leadership & Growth: As you grow in the role, lead and mentor junior team members during expert interviews and data synthesis.

Requirements

Experience & Background:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent); degrees in Strategy, International Business, or Finance are a plus..
• Demonstrable experience in researching, analyzing, and summarizing complex content.
