Omnicom Global Solutions (OGS) is seeking a Business Intelligence Specialist to support global reporting and analytics initiatives. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights, develop scalable reporting solutions, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen to drive data-informed decision-making.

Formación

• 4–6 years of experience in BI, Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Reporting, or related fields.
• Advanced SQL skills.
• Strong experience with data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
• Experience with CRM data, particularly Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Ability to gather business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of SaaS metrics.
• Experience with data governance and data quality management.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above.

This role will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights, developing scalable reporting solutions, and partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Leadership teams.

• Experience building churn prediction, risk, or customer health scoring models.
• Experience with Git and version control practices.
