FxPro, a leading international fintech company, is seeking a Business Development Manager in Colombia. You will drive growth, identify markets, and build relationships with clients and partners across our expanding international team.

Your role includes presenting our products, conducting market research, planning webinars, and maintaining relationships with clients while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to execute growth strategies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 2+ years in a similar industry.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Proficient with Google Apps.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change.
• Pro-active and business-minded.

Responsabilidades

• Identify sales targets and leaders of opinion.
• Present products and services to new clients.
• Conduct market research on a regular basis.
• Identify key markets and provide input.
• Build strategies for specified markets.
• Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
• Maintain good relations with existing and new clients.
• Arrange meetings with contacts and prospects.
• Attend major industry events.

Requirements

• Computer literacy with good command of Google apps
• Ability to work under pressure, face constant challenges, adapt to changes
• Keep pro-active position in running a business
