Hourly is building the most advanced insurtech and payroll platform, and seeks a Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technical delivery. You will gather requirements, analyze processes, translate them into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria, and support backlog refinement while collaborating with Product Owners, Engineering, and Design teams.

Qualifications

• Monitor product performance and gather feedback from stakeholders.
• Create reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations.

Hourly is seeking a talented Business Analyst to join its growing Product team. In this role, you will help bridge business needs and technical execution by gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting the successful delivery of product initiatives.

Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Design, and stakeholders across the organization, you will ensure that product requirements are clearly documented, prioritized, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about solving problems through technology.

Responsibilities
