Job summary

Opella Healthcare Group in Colombia seeks a Business Analysis Controlling Analyst to strengthen financial decision-making through cost control, forecasting and reporting. You will partner with regional teams to deliver reliable data, identify opportunities, and support strategic planning in a fast-growing global OTC/VMS leader.

You will drive monthly closings, analyze costs and headcount trends, and contribute to internal controls.

Main responsibilities: Support monthly closing activities, ensuring accuracy in cost and operating expense reporting. Review and manage accruals, expense classification and financial data in local systems. Analyze country and regional costs, including structural costs, personnel expenses and headcount trends. Partner with business teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making. Prepare budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, opportunities and key cost drivers. Maintain data quality and support financial systems and master data processes. Contribute to internal control and audit activities to ensure compliance and accuracy. About you: Experience in financial analysis, controlling, or accounting with a strong understanding of cost management and reporting. Strong experiencie in Opex processes and closing. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present it clearly. Ability to manage multiple priorities, organize work effectively and meet deadlines. Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills to work with diverse teams. Degree in finance, accounting or a related field. Proficiency in ERP systems (such as SAP) and reporting tools (such as TM1). Advanced level of English, B2 or Higher.
