Cross Border Talents is seeking a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Agent to support users across content moderation and online integrity. You will review content for policy violations, assist with account access and payments, and respond to users via chat, email, and calls to ensure a safe online experience.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required (B2-C1) depending on workflow.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer support, BPO or technical support.
• Experience with B2C or gaming-related products is a plus.
• Strong decision-making and critical-thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Moderate user-generated content across online platforms.
• Review ads, videos, posts for policy violations.
• Ensure content complies with community standards and platform policies.
• Identify potential intellectual property infringements and other violations.
• Provide customer support via chat, email, and outbound calls.
• Assist users with account access and payment inquiries.
• Investigate abuse, harassment, and other policy violations.
• Review user interactions and content for codes of conduct compliance.
• Identify gaps in policies and elevate relevant cases.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency while workflows evolve.
