Colgate-Palmolive seeks a Jr Brand Manager in Cali, Colombia to drive category activation across the product lifecycle. You will coordinate launches with Brand and GTM teams, oversee regulatory steps, and ensure timely delivery of assets for regional campaigns.

The role emphasizes budget oversight, performance analytics, and collaboration with suppliers and internal partners to meet business goals. Fluency in English and experience in FMGC/CPG are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 8 months of experience in Marketing or Sales in the FMGC/CPG industry.
• Experience with SAP, Nielsen or Kantar/Worldpanel.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
• Google Suite proficiency.
• Knowledge of AI tools such as Gemini, ChatGPT.

Responsabilidades

• Launch Timeline & Tracking: Coordinate with Brand and GTM teams to track readiness for new product launches in the Andean region.
• Regulatory & System Management: Lead innovation regulatory processes and manage systems for SKU creation, claims, and artwork.
• Asset & Material Delivery: Support creation/delivery of launch materials like POP, sales sheets, and product photography.
• Activation Execution: Coordinate development, logistics, and supplier management for marketing activations in Colombia.
• Budget Management: Oversee and administer the promotional budget for the category in Colombia.
• Performance Analytics & Reporting: Analyze brand, competitor, and product performance to prepare reviews.
