Clara is seeking a senior brand leader to define and scale its visual identity, voice, and system across products, marketing, sales, events, and internal communications. You will lead designers, writers, motion, and production talent, driving on-brand, rapid outputs with AI-powered tooling.

You’ll ensure consistent brand experience as Clara expands across Latin America, partnering with leaders and founders while maintaining high standards of craft and speed.

Formación

• 8+ years in brand, creative, or design leadership.
• Portfolio of end-to-end brand work (identity systems, rebrands, campaigns).
• Track record of hiring, developing, and leading high-performing creative teams.
• Strong operational instincts and scalable creative processes.
• Hands-on experience using AI in creative production to scale output.
• Excellent craft across visual identity, typography, voice, and motion.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Clara's brand identity end to end: visual system, voice and tone, and narrative alignment across product, marketing, sales, and culture.
• Build and lead a brand team of designers, writers, motion and production talent.
• Create AI-powered brand production tooling: prompts, generative workflows, and scalable templates.
• Prototype fast from brief to asset, test with real usage, kill what lacks impact, scale what works.
• Set operating rhythm for brand work: intake, briefs, reviews, approvals to keep speed and quality.
• Lead concept development, art direction, and hands-on craft on high-stakes brand moments.
• Partner with Product Marketing, Growth, and Sales for consistent brand across touchpoints.
• Collaborate with People and Recruiting to strengthen employer brand.
