Job summary

Edelman is seeking a Brand, Digital & Editorial Designer to join our Integrated Production team in Colombia. You will craft brand, digital, and editorial content across multiple clients and formats, translating briefs into thoughtful visual solutions with strong craft and attention to detail.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stay ahead of design trends, and manage multiple deliverables with accountability, while presenting design proposals and articulating your creative

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in graphic design, ideally in an agency or studio.
• Education in Graphic Design or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Knowledge of PowerPoint and creating engaging materials.
• B2 English proficiency required.
• Experience with After Effects, Figma, illustration, or data visualization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop brand, digital, editorial, and other graphic content for a variety of clients and projects.
• Translate client needs and briefs into thoughtful visual solutions for projects of moderate complexity.
• Create and adapt visual assets across formats and touchpoints while maintaining strong craft and visual consistency.
• Present and articulate design proposals, clearly explaining the thinking behind your creative decisions.
• Collaborate with designers and other creative teams across the Studio to bring projects to life.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and techniques and apply relevant thinking to your work.
• Manage multiple deliverables and deadlines with strong organization and attention to detail.
