Job summary

Clara is seeking an AI Business Operations Expert to architect and scale enterprise AI automation across our Ops function. You will own the automation lifecycle, partner with senior leaders, and build AI-ready processes for product launches and daily operations.

You will lead sophisticated workflows with N8N, Claude, Databricks, and Metabase, partnering across Product, Sales, and Finance to unlock operational scale with a strong bias for action.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in operations, strategy, or related field in fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS.
• Proven AI automation track record deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms and enterprise software stacks.

Responsibilities

• Map and prioritize high-friction workflows for AI augmentation and build a value-driven automation roadmap.
• Design, deploy, and iterate AI-powered workflows replacing manual processes.
• Collaborate with executives to implement scalable automation across product, sales, and finance.
• Architect and maintain operational dashboards surfacing critical KPIs.
• Lead AI-driven initiative governance and maintain an enterprise AI playbook.
