Ansira is seeking an Automation Architect to lead discovery, design, and deployment of AI and automation workflows from a remote base in Colombia. You will drive end-to-end architecture across multiple enterprise systems, ensure governance, testing, and deployment standards, and mentor a growing team of developers.

The role requires strong software practices, experience guiding automation programs, and excellent communication with leadership and stakeholders.

Formación

• 5-7 years designing and leading automation/AI system architecture across multiple enterprise systems.
• Proficiency in programming in any coding language.
• Demonstrated system design experience and strong software development practices (CI/CD, testing, code quality).

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and opportunity assessment across business functions to identify high-value automation targets.
• Own end-to-end architecture and technical design for automation and AI workflows across enterprise systems.
• Set and enforce engineering standards — testing, observability, deployment, and governance — for the automation program.

## Automation ArchitectApply: Remote - Colombia: Full time: Posted Today: R1153Reports into Ansira's AI Center of Excellence, based in Colombia. Leads the discovery, design, and deployment of mission-critical AI and automation workflows across the business, and manages a group of AI and automation developers.
