Job summary

Kaseya, a leading AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity provider, seeks a BIS Product Analyst to bridge business and technology teams, translating business needs into scalable solutions across Salesforce, GTM, Marketing, and related platforms.

You will partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support the delivery of enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 3–5 years in Product/Business Analyst or similar roles.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum environments and software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and discovery sessions.
• Translate requirements into user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Analyze processes for automation and optimization.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and releases.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, QA, and stakeholders.
• Validate solutions through UAT and end-to-end testing.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Present findings and business impact to leadership.
