Job summary

Formulated Automation is seeking a reliable Video Editor to join its marketing team as an independent contractor. You will transform raw footage into polished short-form content for Instagram, TikTok and YouTube Shorts, working closely with the Lead Attorney to ensure legal accuracy and brand consistency.

This role requires bilingual English/Spanish, a strong portfolio in short-form editing, mastery of CapCut Pro, Premiere Pro, and other tools, and the ability to sustain a high-volume publishing

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish with flawless captions.
• Proven track record creating short-form social videos.
• Efficient editor: 20–30 minute turnaround per video.
• Independent with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw attorney footage into short-form videos for Reels/TikTok/Shorts.
• Maintain ~100 videos per month with daily publishing.
• Add subtitles, lower-thirds, branding, and music with accuracy.
• Pre-schedule weekend posts using HubSpot or Hootsuite.
• Suggest hooks, pacing, and visual enhancements.
