Formulated Automation is seeking a creative Video Editor to transform raw footage into engaging social media and YouTube content for a U.S.-based law firm. You will work with the Marketing Manager to craft short-form clips with captions, strong hooks, and on-brand visuals.

This role requires attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and experience with Premiere Pro or equivalents, plus comfort using AI tools for transcription and captions.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of short-form social media edits (Reels/TikTok/Shorts).
• Ability to craft pacing and hooks for social clips.
• Strong English comprehension and deadline discipline.
• Experience with AI editing tools for captions/transcripts.

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form content for Reels/TikTok/Shorts with captions and audio.
• Format videos for each platform (aspect ratio and length).
• Edit long-form videos and webinars; repurpose into clips.
• Create motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros.
• Ensure edits follow brand guidelines and preserve meaning.
• Submit legal content for attorney review before publishing.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and manage timelines.
• Organize assets for reuse; advise improvements.
• Use AI tools to speed up transcription and captions.
