Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent Spanish and intermediate-to-advanced English (B2+).
• 2+ years in sales, telesales, inside sales or similar.
• Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
• Good organizational skills and CRM/spreadsheet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with incoming leads provided by the company.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable accounting/tax service packages.
• Present service features, pricing and value clearly.
• Manage sales process from contact to closing, including follow-ups.
