INMOV is seeking a passionate and proactive bilingual Project Manager to lead digital projects for clients in the United States and Latin America.

You will oversee software, web/mobile, AI, and immersive projects, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality, while bridging clients and technical teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
• English proficiency at C1 level and validated assessment.
• Minimum 1.5 years of project management experience.

Location: Hybrid / Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

At INMOV, we are looking for a passionate and proactive Bilingual Project Manager who enjoys leading innovative digital projects alongside clients from the United States and Latin America.

You will work on projects related to software development, web and mobile applications, artificial intelligence solutions, and immersive experiences, acting as the strategic bridge between clients and technical teams.

What will your mission be?

You will be responsible for leading projects from start to finish, ensuring effective communication with clients and development teams while guaranteeing project timelines, scope, and quality standards are successfully met.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage digital projects from start to finish.


• Serve as the main point of contact for clients in the U.S. and Latin America.


• Coordinate and supervise Front-end and Back-end development teams.


• Track deliverables, timelines, and project goals.


• Provide technical guidance and support when needed.


• Ensure excellent client communication and overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields, or currently in the final semesters of these programs.


• Must have a certified advanced English level (C1 required). An English proficiency assessment will be conducted.


• Minimum of 1.5 years of experience in project management.

It will be a plus if you have experience with (but not required):

• Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning


• Salesforce


• NetSuite


• Odoo


• QuickBooks

Basic conceptual knowledge of tools and technologies such as Python, JavaScript, SQL, AWS, APIs, etc. is also valued. (You will not be coding, but you will work closely with developers and technical teams.)
