The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Virtual Assistant / Case Manager to maintain excellence in our pre-litigation personal injury practice. You will handle opening claims, medical records, treatment assistance, and communications with clients and insurance companies.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of Personal Injury Case Management experience, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Join us in a diverse and inclusive work environment in Bogotá, Colombia.

Formación

• At least 1 year of experience as a Case Manager in Personal Injury.
• Experience managing multiple responsibilities effectively in fast-paced environments.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain communication with clients and provide case updates promptly.
• Monitor and maintain client treatment portfolio.
• Obtain evidence, documents, medical records, and bills related to cases.
• Assist clients with their property damage claims.
• Organize and maintain electronic case files.
