The United Firm | La Liga Defensora, APC in Bogotá, Colombia is seeking a skilled Case Manager for Workers' Compensation matters. You will handle a full caseload from intake through settlement and coordinate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to advance each case.

Ideal candidates are bilingual, highly organized, and proficient with medical records and WC procedures, with strong communication and negotiation abilities to ensure timely resolutions and precise documentation.

Formación

• Previous experience as a Case Manager in Workers' Compensation law or a related legal field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficient.
• Strong understanding of medical records, benefits, and Workers' Compensation procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation cases from intake to settlement.
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, medical providers, and attorneys to gather case updates and documentation.
• Assist with the preparation of legal documents, filings, and case summaries.
• Coordinate medical treatment approvals, lien negotiations, and case follow-ups.
• Ensure all deadlines and case milestones are met.
• Maintain accurate case records and update case management software.
• Support attorneys in case preparation for hearings, depositions, and settlements.
