TMF Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist based in Bogotá to support payroll operations for North America. You will ensure timely and accurate processing in accordance with local regulations and TMF policies, while working in an international environment.

Applicants should have experience with USA payroll processing, proficiency in payroll software, and advanced English. The role offers a hybrid working model and opportunities to grow within a global company.

Formación

• Currently enrolled in a university (6th semester) or technologist diploma.
• Minimum 1 year experience in USA payroll processing.
• Familiarity with payroll software and intermediate Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process payroll for employees in North America in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with legal and taxation standards and internal guidelines.
• Prepare monthly payroll reports and earnings/tax statements for clients.
