Sutherland is seeking a bilingual Credit Analyst (B2) to support a banking client, handling credit operations including loan origination, underwriting workflows, and credit risk processes while coordinating with internal teams. Based in Colombia, you will communicate with clients in English and collaborate with Spanish-speaking colleagues to deliver timely and accurate resolutions.

The role involves multi-account management and issue resolution across Jira.

Formación

• Two+ years in credit operations or related financial services.
• Experience in loan origination, underwriting and credit risk.
• Experience supporting B2B clients and multi-account management.
• Ability to investigate issues and manage escalations.
• English at B2 level or higher; fluent Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Support credit operations, origination, underwriting workflows, risk, and collections.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B client accounts with priority balancing.
• Investigate incidents and coordinate escalations with engineering.
• Track tickets through Jira with clear progress updates.
• Support credit reporting agency integrations and APIs.
• Review system logs to aid troubleshooting.
• Participate in regular client expert meetings to align priorities.
• Maintain records and resolution reports.
