Inspire Brands is seeking a BI Data Developer to design and maintain curated data layers and semantic models powering enterprise reporting and analytics. You will own the reporting foundation, ensuring data solutions are accurate, scalable, and secure for business consumption.

The role collaborates with business stakeholders, reporting engineers, and data platform teams to model data, enforce governance, and support enterprise reporting needs using SQL, DAX, Power BI, Snowflake, and Fabric.

Formación

• 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years building semantic models or curated reporting layers in Power BI and a cloud data warehouse.
• Preferred: 5+ years BI or analytics engineering with Snowflake and Power BI in multi-brand/retail/franchise contexts.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain curated Snowflake views and reporting models that power downstream Power BI work.
• Create Power BI semantic models with relationships, measures, and metadata.
• Implement and maintain Row-Level Security in Power BI models across brand/region/franchisee scopes.
• Write efficient SQL and DAX; profile queries and optimize performance.
• Coordinate with reporting engineers and data platform teams to manage schema changes and deployments.
• Document views and semantic models with grain, source, refresh cadence, and ownership.
