Job summary

Auxis LLC is seeking a Data Analyst to design and deliver robust data platforms, validate data integrity, and translate business needs into structured data models. You will work with Snowflake, REST APIs, and ETL/ELT tools to ensure high-quality analytics and reliable data for BI and AI products.

You will collaborate with Business Teams, Data Architects, and Engineers, perform data profiling, and support UAT and data quality initiatives across ERP, HCM, and CRM data sources.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or Information Systems or equivalent
• 5+ years as Data Analyst in enterprise environments
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools (Informatica, DBT)
• Experience with BI/reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau)
• Experience with data modeling (Dimensional, Data Marts, Data Warehousing)
• AWS/Azure/GCP familiarity and API testing tools exposure (Postman, Swagger)
• Agile/Scrum delivery exposure and strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Gather, validate, and clarify data and reporting requirements with business stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
• Create Source-to-Target Mapping documents and data logic definitions.
• Document business rules, data definitions, and transformation steps.
• Perform data lineage analysis across Snowflake, APIs, and reporting layers.
• Support data modeling aligned with Medallion architecture.
• Collaborate with data engineers and QA to ensure correct interpretation of requirements.
• Assist UAT and address data-related gaps through testing and validation.
