Inspire Brands is seeking a Business Intelligence Report Developer to build Power BI reports and dashboards across the Inspire Brands portfolio, including Dunkin’, Arby’s, Sonic, Jimmy John’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, and Baskin Robbins. You will translate business questions into visuals and collaborate with the data modeling team to surface semantic models in actionable insights.

• Minimum: 4 year degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
• Preferred: Microsoft certification related to Power BI or Microsoft Fabric, such as the Power BI Data Analyst Associate credential.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and publish Power BI reports and dashboards for operators, franchisees, brand teams, and Support Center users.
• Partner with the data modeling team to understand semantic models and provide feedback for improvements.
• Translate business questions from each brand into clear visuals and interactive Power BI experiences.
• Write and tune DAX measures and calculated columns for report functionality and performance.
• Apply Inspire visual standards and brand guidelines for a consistent portfolio experience.
• Configure row level security and workspace permissions.
• Test reports, validate numbers against source systems, and ensure correct drill paths.
• Document published reports with purpose, audience, refresh schedule, and known limitations.
• Support end users post-launch with issue triage and refinements based on feedback.
• Monitor performance, page load times, and dataset refresh health; resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain version control and follow deployment pipelines from development to production.
• Stay current on Power BI features and bring useful capabilities to the team.
