Job summary

Collective Residential seeks a data validation contractor to act as the liaison between portfolio operations and UDP, ensuring accuracy of metrics and formulas across PMS integrations. You will validate outputs, rebuild dashboards, and rollout automated reporting while preserving NDA compliance.

The role requires property management background, experience validating BI metrics, and strong attention to detail. Flexible scheduling and USD payment terms apply, with some US-hours overlap.

Qualifications

• Must have prior property management experience.
• Experience validating metrics and formulas in a BI or reporting platform.
• Experience building reports or dashboards in a BI tool (Power BI or Tableau).
• Solid understanding of property management operations and metrics.
• Working knowledge of PMS systems (Yardi, RealPage, AppFolio, Entrata).

Responsibilities

• Validate metrics, formulas, and calculated fields in UDP against source data.
• Cross-reference UDP figures against PMS data to confirm accuracy.
• Identify discrepancies and document them clearly for follow-up.
• Track existing issues and maintain an up-to-date issue log.
• Work with the UDP team to communicate problems and confirm fixes.
• Apply property management knowledge to judge whether figures look right.
• Rebuild dashboards and reports in UDP.
• Roll out reports and dashboards as automated deliveries.
• Support reporting design projects by surfacing key metrics and visualizing data.
• Maintain confidentiality of all company data per NDA.
