Formación

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve processed requests, identifying discrepancies.
• Identify errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Document reviews, results, and case follow-ups.
• Maintain trackers and reports in Smartsheet.
• Update process manuals and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality control initiatives.
• Assist with additional tasks by leadership.
