Job summary

SCI is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end digital marketing strategy in a B2B SaaS environment. You will own the marketing cadence, align with Sales, Product, and Support, and drive qualified demand across SEO, email, social, events, and paid media.

This is a fully remote role based in Colombia with EST-aligned invoicing and opportunities to impact global fleets. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in marketing project management, strong analytics, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Strong digital marketing strategy and analytics mindset (GA, SEMrush, CRM)
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management
• Solid channel knowledge: SEO, email, social, events, paid media
• KPI ownership: dashboards, reporting cadence, insights & recommendations
• Strong prioritization, time management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced English (C1 or higher)

Responsibilities

• Define and execute marketing strategy across channels (SEO, email, social, events, paid media)
• Build and maintain KPI dashboards; report performance and insights to leadership
• Align marketing priorities with Sales, Product, and Support to drive qualified demand
• Lead planning cadence, timelines, and delivery quality across internal teams and partners
• Oversee CRM and email automation flows (segmentation, follow-ups, campaigns)
• Step into hands-on execution when needed (≈20–30%) to ensure results and continuity
