Platzi seeks a Project Manager to lead high-impact educational projects with external partners such as governments, NGOs, and corporations. You will align initiatives with Platzi’s goals and deliver customized learning programs while maintaining our educational essence.

You will manage scopes, timelines, and resources, lead cross-functional teams, and monitor KPIs to ensure successful implementation and ongoing partnerships. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, with external partners in NGOs, companies, or government bodies.
• Proven track record managing complex projects with measurable impact across stakeholders.
• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities with stakeholder engagement experience.
• Comfortable leading cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving project scopes.
• Experience using KPIs, reporting tools, and data-driven project evaluation.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, capable of bilingual communications and documentation.
• Passionate about education, innovation, and social impact through learning.

Summary

As a Project Manager, you will lead the design and execution of high-impact educational projects with external partners such as companies, foundations, and governments. You will be responsible for aligning each initiative with Platzi’s strategic goals, creating customized learning programs that meet partner needs, and ensuring successful implementation while maintaining Platzi’s methodology and educational essence.

• Represent Platzi’s values and methodology while securing long-term partnerships and impact.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, ideally in collaboration with external entities such as NGOs, companies, or government bodies.

• Proven track record managing complex projects with measurable impact, across multiple stakeholders.


• Strong command of project management methodologies (PMI, Agile, Scrum, or equivalent).


• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.


• Effective communication and negotiation capabilities, with experience in stakeholder engagement.
