Pluxee in Madrid is seeking an experienced Senior .NET Architect/Developer to design and maintain secure, scalable .NET applications using .NET 9+. You will optimize SQL Server data models and architect cloud solutions on Azure while guiding teams through architectural decisions.

You will mentor developers, review code, and ensure maintainability. English (B2) and Spanish native proficiency are required, with a strong emphasis on collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• Minimum of 8 years with .NET 9+, including design/implementation.
• Strong SQL Server development and optimization experience.
• Proven expertise in Azure cloud services, deployment, and monitoring.
• Hands-on knowledge of microservices and layered architectures.
• Excellent technical judgment and problem solving.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient English; Spanish native preferred.
• Azure or .NET certifications preferred.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and RESTful APIs.

• Hands‑on knowledge of software architecture models, including microservices and layered architecture.
• Excellent judgment in technical decision‑making and problem solving.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide development teams.
• Effective written and verbal communication for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Adaptability to evolving technology and project requirements.
• Spanish (Native) and English (B2) language proficiency.
• Microsoft certifications related to Azure or .NET development preferred.
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Background in Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Competencies in adaptability, attention to detail, team building, communication, database management, multitasking, problem solving, programming, software development frameworks, and version control systems.
