IntouchCX is seeking on-site bilingual customer service agents in Bogotá to deliver exceptional service. The role requires English level B2+ or higher and prior BPO or customer service experience. You will be based in Bogotá with 2 days off per week and 100% paid training, with all equipment provided by the company.

The hiring process is virtual, but the job itself is on-site and requires you to work at the premises in Bogotá.

• English level B2+ or higher required.
• Experience in BPO or customer service is preferred.
• Based in Bogotá, Colombia.
