Job summary

MPS Group LLC is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate secure cloud infrastructure in Azure for a large U.S. retail platform. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in Azure, Terraform, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation.

You will partner with engineering teams and security to ensure compliant, scalable deployments, implement IaC, and improve reliability across environments. This role is based in Bogotá and requires on-site collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in DevOps, Cloud Infra, SRE or related roles.
• 3+ years hands-on Azure in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD and deployment automation.
• Advanced experience with Terraform and IaC.
• Solid understanding of cloud networking, security, IAM.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support scalable Azure cloud infrastructure for enterprise apps.
• Build repeatable environments with Terraform and IaC.
• Deploy and manage containerized workloads using AKS.
• Develop automation to improve efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
• Lead cloud modernization and best-practice adoption across the platform.
