Goddard Catering Group Bogota Ltda. in Bogotá is seeking a dedicated sanitation role to maintain cleanliness across all production and service areas, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.

Garantizar que se mantenga el orden y aseo en todas las instalaciones del punto asignado, cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.

• a. Garantizar y mantener la limpieza efectiva de todas las áreas de trabajo y áreas comunes como pasillos, vestidores, oficinas, entre otras de acuerdo con estructura locativa del punto asignado.
• b. Mantener el aseo y el orden de todas las áreas con el fin de controlar la proliferación de microorganismos o enfermedades que puedan afectar las diferentes preparaciones elaboradas.
• c. Cumplir con el aprovechamiento efectivo de los insumos y suministros dentro del centro de producción con su grupo de trabajo.
• d. Velar por el orden y aseo de todas las áreas de GCG en el punto asignado, con las especificaciones exigidas por el cliente en cuanto al servicio de alimentación según el contrato establecido en el punto.

2. Garantizar que se mantengan todas las áreas de trabajo de alimentos de GCG en condiciones óptimas cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad:

• a. Garantizar que cualquier herramienta / utensilio utilizado para la producción de alimentos se encuentre en condiciones de limpieza y desinfección para ser utilizado por los colaboradores de GCG.
• b. Garantizar que cualquier equipo/maquinaria que se encuentre en el área de producción cumpla con las condiciones de limpieza y desinfección estipuladas en el programa de limpieza y desinfección de GCG
• c. Ejecutar los procesos y procedimientos de limpieza y desinfección del área de producción cumpliendo con la calidad, la inocuidad y la seguridad alimentaria previamente establecida.
