Cssmerge in Bogotá is seeking an Automation Specialist to shape and deliver automation across our technology stack, driving scalable, data-driven improvements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Product, and SDE teams to implement pipelines using Python, JavaScript, GCP, Azure, Airflow, and related tools, and you will document decisions for both technical and non-technical audiences, while working onsite five days a week.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience as an Automation Specialist, Analytics Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Data Analyst, or in a similar technical role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline (BS).
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript; ability to work independently on automation.
• Strong analytical skills to analyze large datasets and derive KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for data insights.

Responsabilidades

• Shape the overarching automation strategy and solution design.
• Develop and deploy scalable automation solutions using GCP, Azure, Airflow, GitHub, Argo, Python, AppsScript.
