The role requires 4+ years in automation or analytics, a BS in a STEM field, and strong communication skills to present insights to varied audiences. You will work onsite with a collaborative team.

Formación

• 4+ years of professional experience in automation, analytics, or data roles.
• BS in a STEM field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, or Engineering.
• Strong ability to analyze large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Proactive, collaborative, and data-driven with cross-functional experience.

Responsabilidades

• Define the automation strategy and design scalable solutions.
• Leverage cloud tools and languages to build and deploy automation.
• Develop, test, and deploy automation with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate with Operations, Product Management, and SDEs.
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
