Responsibilities

• Conducts audits using client data to identify errors and recover revenue.
• Produces claims and reviews contracts and paperwork.
• Builds relationships with vendors and provides senior input on claims.
• Analyses problems in client’s claims procedures and operations.
• Performs quality control audits behind less experienced auditors.
• Shares best practices and trains junior staff.
