Medtronic plc seeks an Associate Remote Sales Representative I to support growth in the Diabetes business from Bogotá, Colombia. You will engage with prospective and existing customers via remote sales activities, guiding patients through the sales process and building strong relationships to achieve commercial objectives while delivering exceptional customer experience.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify leads, close opportunities, and provide ongoing sales support

Formación

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Native or equivalent fluency in Brazilian Portuguese.
• Professional proficiency in Spanish.
• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, telesales, or other customer-facing roles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and related tools.

Responsabilidades

• Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area to achieve sales goals.
• Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate.
• Provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies.
• Promote and establish education of the company's products and/or services.
• Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems.
• Arrange demonstration of products by field sales representatives.
• Assist the field sales representatives in planning and execution of sales activities and provide ongoing sales support.

As an Associate Remote Sales Representative I, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of our Diabetes business by engaging with prospective and existing customers through remote sales activities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to guide patients through the sales process, build strong relationships, and help achieve commercial objectives while delivering exceptional customer experience. This is a FlexWork position based in Bogotá, Colombia.**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.*** Remotely sells Medtronic's products and retains end-user patients within an assigned geographic area and /or specific customer accounts for pre-defined territory locations to achieve or exceed assigned sales goals* Identify, develop and close leads for the business and refer on internal leads when appropriate* Provide input on new markets, new product introductions, and existing products or supplies* Promote and establishes education of the company's products and/or services* Manages and responds to customer concerns and problems* Arrange demonstration of products by field sales representatives* Assists the field sales representatives in the planning and execution of sales activities as well as providing on-going sales support including sales calls, data analysis, customer opportunities, and sales rep follow-up**Required Knowledge and Experience:*** Bachelor ́s Degree completed* **Native or equivalent fluency in Brazilian Portuguese, acquired through native background, extensive residency, education, or professional experience in Brazil*** Professional proficiency in Spanish* 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, inside sales, telesales, or other customer-facing roles* Strong communication and relationship-building skills* Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple leads and commercial targets* Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams* Proficiency in Excel and related tools
