Amadeus in Bogot is seeking an Associate Product Definition Analyst to analyze, design and specify the best functional solution for the Delivery Management system, with test plans and documentation. The candidate will work autonomously within defined processes and support the development of solutions to complex problems.

We value 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication, and documentation skills, plus familiarity with JIRA and SAFe Agile.

• 3+ years progressive work experience in the travel/tech domain or product development.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation.
• Experience analyzing objectives, considering options and planning.

Responsabilidades

• Build, maintain and share functional knowledge of processes, services and end-user product usage.
• Analyze business requirements submitted by Product Management.
• Size specification and validation work.
• Carry out functional design and write feasibility studies, overview documents, interface control documents and product specifications.
• Interface with divisions to identify interactions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.
• Contribute to test strategy implementation and review test plans for delivered functionality.
• Ensure traceability of tests with specifications and production integrity by prioritizing incidents.
• Interface with Product Management, Project Management and customers during requirements understanding, specification, testing and implementation.
• Participate in team ceremonies: Agile forums, team meetings, solution assessments.

Summaryof the role

We are on the lookout for a Product Definition Analyst.As aPDAyour mission is to analyze, design and specify the best functional solution for ourDeliveryManagement system, along with a detailed test planand specifications, always focused on providing the best travel experiencetoour customers.Works autonomously within defined processes and procedures or methodologies, takes standard decisions and may support the development of solutions to complex problems of a recurring nature.

Inthis roleyou’ll

• Build,maintainand share the functional knowledge of our processes,servicesand usage of end user products.

• Analyze business requirementssubmittedby Product Management.

• Size specification and validation work.

Carry out functional design

• Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, ProductSpecificationsand present functional walk-throughs to all concerned stakeholders.

• Interface with relevant divisions and departments toidentifyinteractions with other Amadeus applications and ensure functional compatibility.

Overview validation

• Contribute to the implementation of the test strategy, and review test plan, to ensure complianceofthe delivered functionality and system integrity

• Ensure traceability of tests with specifications

• Ensure production integrity by investigating,validatingand prioritizing reported incidents.

Manage relations with key stakeholders

• Interface andcommunicatewith Product Management, Project management

• Interface with the customer duringrequirementsunderstanding, functional specification,testingand implementation phases.

Participatetoteam events

• Support team stakeholders byparticipatingin team ceremonies: Agile forums, Team meetings, Solution assessments.

Aboutthe ideal candidate

Has 3+yearsprogressive work-related experience withdemonstratedproficiencyin multipledisciplines/processesincluding travel industry experienceanalytics, and/or product development experience.

Has strong communicationskills (written and verbal).

Has strong organizational skills witha highattention to detail.

Ability to write clear and structured documentation

Has the ability to analyze objectives,considersoptions and plans.

Hasexperience with JIRA.

Has previousexposure to SAFeagile.
