Amadeus Hospitality in Bogota is seeking an Associate Product Definition Analyst to analyze, design and specify the best functional solution for our Delivery Management system, with detailed test plans and specifications. The role operates autonomously within defined processes and collaborates with multiple teams to ensure a seamless travel experience.

You will build knowledge sharing practices, validate requirements, and contribute to test strategy while ensuring production integrity.

• 3+ years progressive work-related experience with demonstrated proficiency in multiple disciplines/processes including travel industry experience analytics, and/or product development experience.
• Has strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Has strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation
• Has the ability to analyze objectives, considers options and plans.

• Size specifications and validation work; carry out functional design.
• Write Feasibility Studies, Solution Overview Documents, Interface Control Documents, Product Specifications and present walk-throughs.
• Interface with divisions to ensure functional compatibility with Amadeus apps.
• Contribute to test strategy and review test plans; ensure traceability of tests.
• Ensure production integrity by investigating and prioritizing incidents.
• Manage relations with stakeholders and communicate with Product/Project management.
• Interface with customers during requirements, specifications, testing and implementation phases.
• Participate in team ceremonies: Agile forums, team meetings, solution assessments.

Within this department, our team is building the next generation of the Departure Control System—a modern platform designed to streamline customer management. It will empower agents and enable passengers to self-serve through intuitive digital solutions, delivering a seamless, efficient, and reliable experience that enhances every stage of the journey.## **Summary of the role** We are on the lookout for a Product Definition Analyst. As a PDA your mission is to analyze, design and specify the best functional solution for our Delivery Management system, along with a detailed test plan and specifications, always focused on providing the best travel experience to our customers.
